At MIRŌRA, each piece is handcrafted in Bali and produced upon order, making every creation unique.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL
Due to the made-to-order nature of our pieces, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been confirmed.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If your piece arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

Your request must include:
– Photos of the packaging
– Photos of the damaged piece
– Your order number
Each case will be reviewed individually, and we will work with you to find an appropriate solution.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Any delays caused by carriers, customs, or external factors are outside of MIRŌRA’s control.
CUSTOMS & IMPORT DUTIES
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees depending on your country.
These charges are the responsibility of the client and are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.
ORDER MODIFICATIONS
Once an order has been placed, modifications or cancellations may not be possible as production may begin shortly after confirmation.
