We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time.
PRODUCTS
Each MIRŌRA piece is handcrafted and produced either as a limited series or made-to-order artwork.
Due to the artisanal nature of the process, slight variations in shape, texture, or reflection may occur. These variations are inherent to the handmade process and contribute to the uniqueness of each piece. They do not constitute defects.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product at any time without prior notice.
ORDERS & PAYMENTS
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.
Full payment is required at the time of purchase unless otherwise agreed.
In the event of an error in pricing, description, or product availability, we reserve the right to correct such errors and to cancel or refuse any affected orders.
PRODUCTION TIME
All pieces are made to order.
Production time typically ranges from 10 days to 3 weeks depending on the model and current production flow.
These timelines are indicative and may vary.
SHIPPING
Free delivery is available within Bali.
For international orders, shipping is arranged individually to ensure safe and reliable delivery.
Shipping costs and delivery timelines will be communicated after purchase or prior to shipment.
Estimated shipping costs for large pieces typically range between 400$ – 750$ USD depending on destination.
Delivery timelines generally vary between 1 and 3 weeks after production, depending on location and logistics conditions.
Customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees applicable in their country.
MIRŌRA is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or external logistical factors.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
Due to the made-to-order nature of our pieces, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been confirmed.
If your item arrives damaged, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
– Photos of the packaging
– Photos of the damaged item
– Your order number
Each case will be reviewed individually.
PRODUCT USE, CARE & SAFETY
MIRŌRA pieces are decorative artworks and are not intended for functional surf use.
Each piece is handcrafted using real mirror elements and must be handled with care.
Edges may be sharp. There is a risk of cuts if mishandled, particularly during transport, installation, or cleaning.
By purchasing and using a MIRŌRA piece, the client acknowledges these characteristics and assumes responsibility for proper handling.
These artworks are primarily intended for indoor use.
Outdoor display is possible only in fully covered environments protected from rain, direct sunlight, and strong wind.
Exposure to outdoor conditions may accelerate natural wear over time.
MIRŌRA cannot be held responsible for deterioration caused by environmental exposure.
To clean: use a soft, dry or slightly damp cloth.
Do not use abrasive or chemical cleaning products.
Do not apply pressure on mirror surfaces.
Improper installation, handling, or use may result in damage and is not covered by any claim or liability.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on this website, including images, designs, texts, and artworks, is the exclusive property of MIRŌRA Surfboards.
Any reproduction, distribution, or use without prior written permission is strictly prohibited.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
